Truth Fertility offers facilities for sample drop-off.
Booking an Appointment
To book an Examen sperm DNA fragmentation test at Truth Fertility, and secure a slot for sample drop-off, please:

For sample drop-off, a sample collection home kit is required, which contains a sample pot and a Test Request Form to take with you to the appointment.
Payment
Payment arrangements will be made directly with Truth Fertility.
Important Information
- Drop-off time: 30 minutes from sample production, maximum 50 minutes
- Abstinence period: 48 hours to 7 days
Your Results
- Examen collect samples from Truth Fertility and arrive to our Belfast lab within 2 working days.
- Results will usually be ready in 7 to 10 working days from receipt of the samples at Examen Lab in Belfast.
- Results will be sent to you by Truth Fertility.
