Available Facilities
The Glasgow Hub offers facilities for both sample production and sample drop-off.
You can choose to drop off your sperm sample within 50 minutes of producing it at home or arrange to produce a sample in one of its private rooms. Both drop-off and on-site production must be arranged by prior appointment.
Note: semen analysis is NOT available at this hub.
Booking an Appointment
Appointments are available on the First Sunday of each month, 10.30am–2pm. To make arrangements for your appointment, please get in touch with the Glasgow Hub on:

For sample drop-off, a sample collection home kit is required, which contains a sample pot and a Test Request Form to take with you to the appointment.
Payment
Payment arrangements will be made directly with the Glasgow Hub.
Important Information
- Drop-off time: 30 minutes from sample production, maximum 50 minutes
- Abstinence period: 48 hours to 7 days
Your Results
- Examen will collect the samples from the Glasgow Hub on Wednesdays, and they will arrive at our Belfast Lab within 2 working days.
- Results are usually ready within 7 to 10 working days from receipt of the samples at Examen Lab in Belfast.
- Results will be sent to you by the Glasgow Hub.
