Most of our partner clinics offer in-house sample collection appointments, but for those that don’t we have established a network of discreet and convenient hubs to enable our customers to send their samples to us for testing. All our hubs are listed below, or you can type in your postcode in the map window to find the nearest one to you.

- All our hubs – except Eurofins in Dublin – provide facilities to produce your sample at their site. If you are using our Dublin hub or you would prefer to produce off-site, a home production kit can be provided to enable you to drop off your sample at the hub AS LONG AS you are able to do so within 30 minutes and no longer than 50 minutes from the time your sample was produced.
- If you have been referred for an Examen test by your GP or fertility practitioner, please bring your referral letter with you to your appointment so that the referring clinic/clinician can be included on your Test Request Form.
Reporting
All SDF test reports are issued to the referring practitioners and not directly to patients. It is the referring practitioner’s responsibility to interpret the SDF test report for the patient based on their knowledge of the patient’s reproductive health and their treatment pathway.
