Professor Barratt is a global leader in male fertility and was appointed to the editorial board of the World Health Organization for the  development of a new Semen Analysis manual. He recently published the global WHO guidelines for semen reference ranges and will discuss why a global approach is needed to address the policy, research and social challenges of male reproductive health.
