The Exact Test will measure sperm DNA quality. Men with high levels of damaged sperm DNA are less likely to get their partner pregnant and have double the risk of miscarriage. Even if a mans sperm count is normal, the sperm may not be of good quality. Fertility specialists recommend testing both semen analysis and sperm DNA testing to provide a full picture of a mans fertility.
If you have been referred by a fertility clinic, please book these tests directly through the clinic.
A Semen Analysis is the first step for men to check their fertility. This test evaluates the number of sperm (sperm count), sperm motility, and sperm morphology – all of which can influence fertility.
Semen Analysis clinic – Fridays only.
Please note – Post Vasectomy service is currently unavailable.
